Our food is prepared fresh, daily.  We receive our fresh vegetables three days a week from PREMIER, a local purveyor of quality produce.  In order to preserve the freshness of our products, we prepare our food for the same or next day delivery.

At OASIS NATURALS, we are creative and innovative.  Some of our innovations, like the CILANTRO & JALAPENO HUMMUS, are now our best sellers.  Made from fresh cilantro, jalapeno peppers and other fresh vegetables, the CILANTRO & JALAPENO has a natural vivid green color and a unique flavor profile.

 

Our ORIGINAL HUMMUS is another crowd pleaser.  A basic hummus made with generous amounts of quality spices. We use imported SESAME TAHINI, which gives all OASIS HUMMUS a creamy like consistency and a richer flavor than most Hummus available on the market, imported Italian olive oil andan array of other exotic spices.

Some of our other appetizers are prepared in innovative ways.  Our hand rolled VEGETARIAN STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES, are stuffed with rice, fresh vegetables and chickpeas.  We bake them, and instead of boiling them in plain water, we use our own light tomato sauce.

The parsley in our TABOULE SALAD is chopped by hand, until we can find a machine, which can do as fine a job by not leaving our parsley stringy.  It is blended with the right amount of cracked wheat (bulgar wheat), lemon juice, olive oil and spices.

The TZATZIKI YOGURT & CUCUMBER dip is made with fresh dill, low fat yogurt, fresh cucumbers and a very small amount of fennel.  It is a very refreshing dip and can also be used as a dressing.  I like to add it to my COUSCOUS SALAD & BROILED VEGETABLES, another one of our creations.

At OASIS NATURALS, we are constantly working on new culinary ideas, and with our use of fresh ingredients and exotic spices, the results can be surprisingly delectable.

Look for our soon to appear ORGANIC TOFU SALAD, with our own SESAME TAHINI DRESSING, or our SALADE MESHWIYA (pronounced  mesh-we-yeh) With charbroiled red peppers, tomatoes and onions, also PASTA SALAD ORIENTALE with Linguine or Vermicelli, sesame, ginger, peanuts and fresh vegetables, like sweet red peppers, green onions and Italian parsley.  This salad is a fusion of the Asian and the Mediterranean, that’s why we named it PASTA SALAD ORIENTALE.

Note: Most of these product labels do not reflect our switch to using Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our products.

Artichoke Hummus Salad
One of our best Hummus, the Artichoke Hummus is topped with our delectable Mediterranean Artichoke Salad, a mixture of artichoke hearts, red peppers, green onions, kalamata Olives Italian parsley, in a light Italian vinaigrette.

Authentic Baba Ghanouj
In house Roasted smokey fresh eggplant made with the same quality ingredients that go into our wonderful Hummus, sesame Tahini, garlic, lemon juice and a great mixture of spices to make it an Authentic Baba Ghannouj.

Three Bean Grain Salad
This one was inspired from our Morrocan Couscous Salad, But we have added to it Garbanzo Beans, Black Beans and Kidney Beans as well as Sesame seeds and Cracked Wheat ( Bulgar Wheat ), a hint of Curry as well as a Ginger ligtht Honey, Sesame Tahini dressing. I call this Salad " The Meal "


Hummus Black Bean with Chipotle Harissa
Our basic Original Hummus to which we have added chunks of Black Beans, a little smoked Chipotle and our blend of the North African spicy Harissa. Aside from a wonderful dip this Hummus also makes a great spread.
Sicilian Caponata
The same fresh eggplant we use in our Authentic Baba Ghannouj, we use in this classic stewed eggplant dip with tomatoes, Kalamata olives, sliced Spanish olives, onions, celery. At home I reheat it in a olive oil green onions and anchovies ( optional ), great on toasted Baguette, hot Pita Bread or a sandwich spread..
